HELLO, I'M Dr. Janine Kreft,

Clinical Psychologist turned Mental Wellness & Energetics Mentor.

I've walked this path...

After multiple health traumas throughout my life & training in ballet for 17 years (not always the healthiest environment), I was left dealing with an eating disorder, panic attacks, & depression. I quit dancing & began my healing journey in therapy at the age of 25. During that time, I made substantial progress in learning about mental health, self-compassion, & setting boundaries.

I was so passionate to learn more about mental wellness, that I decided to enroll in grad school. Yet after graduating with a traditional psychology degree, I thought: “This is it?” Always one to try different bodywork & healing modalities myself, I had a profound experience with one particular energetic work (Access Bars). Following this, I had one of my most significant conscious awakenings & began to realize that there is so much more than what we have been taught.

I fully transformed & continue to actively grow & invest in my own personal containers. I feel empowered to be creating the life of my dreams by being of service to other’s journeys. I never realized how fulfilled I could be until I fully aligned w ME.

Is now the time to embody the authentic YOU?

"Judgment is #1 thing that stops you – are you ready to choose something different?"

10 things

know

 about transformation...

Change IS possible. Coming from this mindset allows it to happen, rather than blocking it.

The process is self-induced as you already possess the awareness inside of you! I am here to guide you through the journey & illuminate awareness of your blind spots.

Consulting & coaching is quite different than the therapy model. This is a helpful approach when you have already done foundational healing.

Increasing consciousness can be painful at first - this is a natural part of healing.

Change happens when we consistently do the work. Our ego’s love to resist the unfamiliar & I am here to guide you through it. And, I can’t do it for you.

Part of healing is becoming aware of subconscious reflexes. Leaning into this shadow provides a wealth of information.

Although gaining awareness of subconscious patterns is very helpful & transformative, your true change will be in the ACTION taken outside of meetings.

I am here to facilitate you as I have walked this path & spent years healing & transforming myself. I also continue to work with my own coach & facilitators today. I believe I can only take you as far as I have taken myself.

It is possible to honor what you have been through & empower your transformation. Trauma is inevitable for us as humans, AND we are incredibly resilient.

There is no failure, only feedback. Although it may not always feel this way, healing tends to be a one way direction. Once you awaken to increased consciousness, there is no going back.
